Smoked Chilli Sauce
Home grown jalapeño and cayenne peppers and vegetables smoked with oak wine barrels. This is our mild sauce, but it is packed with flavour!
Cauliflower Piccalilli
Cauli, apple, carrot and onion with home grown spices and a sweet tang. Perfect with cheese toasties! (Available seasonally)
Spicy Beetroot Relish
We pick our beetroot small and sweet and pack in freshly ground star anise, cinnamon, clove and ginger with a little tabasco to balance the bold flavours.
Zucchini Piccalilli
Zuke, capsicum, cucumber and onion with home grown spices and a sweet tang. Perfect with cheese toasties! (Available seasonally)
Smoked Chilli O.G.
For those who like a little more kick to their chilli sauce, the O.G. is prepared the same way as our Smoked Chilli Sauce with just a touch more heat.
